Frequently Asked Questions

All customers are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee. In order to qualify, Livi must be returned in its original packaging and in good working order prior to the expiration of the guarantee period. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as HSA debit cards. We will be introducing the ability to pay via recurring bank draft and PayPal in the near future.

Outside of our 30-day money back guarantee, customers may cancel their rental subscriptions by contacting LiviCare Support. Customer is responsible for shipping and must return the equipment in good working order.

All Livi devices under a current subscription agreement are covered by a factory warranty. Should the device malfunction under normal operation (excludes improper use or damage by the customer), and the issue cannot be rectified by PharmRight’s LiviCare team remotely, a new device will be shipped to the customer in exchange for the malfunctioning unit at no charge.

The Basic Plan is limited to 10 pill containers and 1 caregiver. The Standard plan (our most popular choice) has all Basic plan features but increases to 15 pill containers and unlimited caregivers. The Premium plan includes all of the above, in addition to a container preparation and delivery service where PharmRight will send a LiviSizer tool ahead of Livi’s delivery, and the customer will use this tool to measure and provide pill sizing information to the LiviCare team. PharmRight will then pre-configure and ship the containers directly to the customer.

An upfront purchase option is available for $1,999. This allows you to own your Livi forever and includes a 2-year coverage plan with 15 pill containers, access and notifications for unlimited caregivers, and a cellular data plan for remote management and text/email notifications.
