Customers who buy Livi versus rent through one of purchase plans are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee. In order for buyer to qualify, Livi must be returned in its original packaging and in good working order prior to the expiration of the guarantee period. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

For customers that buy Livi, we offer a $100 buyback option if the device cannot be used. For multiple-payment plans, the buyback option will be available after the last payment is received. Customer is responsible for shipping and must return the equipment in good working order.
All Livi devices under a current subscription agreement are covered by a factory warranty. Should the device malfunction under normal operation (excludes improper use or damage by the customer), and the issue cannot be rectified by PharmRight’s LiviCare team remotely, a new device will be shipped to the customer in exchange for the malfunctioning unit at no charge.
