Only customers that buy Livi are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee. In order to qualify, Livi must be returned in its original packaging and in good working order prior to the expiration of the guarantee period. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

For customers that buy Livi, we offer a $100 buyback option if the device cannot be used.  For multiple-payment plans, the buyback option will be available after the last payment is received.  Customer is responsible for shipping and must return the equipment in good working order. 

All Livi devices under a current subscription agreement are covered by a factory warranty. Should the device malfunction under normal operation (excludes improper use or damage by the customer), and the issue cannot be rectified by PharmRight’s LiviCare team remotely, a new device will be shipped to the customer in exchange for the malfunctioning unit at no charge.

We offer three purchase plans with our most popular being an upfront purchase option available for $1,999. This allows you to own your Livi forever and includes a 2-year coverage plan with 15 pill containers, access and notifications for unlimited caregivers, and a cellular data plan for remote management and text/email notifications.
